Magic Resource Systems, LLC (MRS), post named as Dragon Culture Communication LTD,  was set up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, in the Washinton DC area. We also have office in China. Our businesss have expertises who have more than 10 years experience in IT. We are proud of ourselves in the capability of IT solution and Data mining.
